Actress turned pop star Ariana Grande has bought a newly built house in the Hollywood Hills Bird Streets area for $ 13.7 million, according to an unauthorized real estate source to comment openly about the deal.

Designed by a firm based in L. Woods + Dangaran, this sleek three-story house is designed to capture views of the canyon to the sea from each room. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the entertainment level, featuring a 16 foot high ceiling and hardwood floors. The wall of the bag opens directly into the pool indefinitely.

More than 10,000 square feet of living space also has a minimalist vibration kitchen, office, four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Fitness studio, cedar-lined health center, luxury bar and 300-bottle wine cellar downstairs.

This contemporary exhibition venue stands on about one third of a hectare in the Hollywood Hills Bird Streets neighborhood.

Decks and balconies on three levels extend outdoor living space.

On paper, it seems that Grande has a pretty big offer. Contemporary homes, which are sold outside the market, were first sold two years ago for $ 25.5 million, records show. Recently, he was offered for $ 17,495 million.

This property is one of 138 properties that are tied to Sherman Oaks investment company, Woodbridge Group. Sound familiar? It should.

Last year, Woodbridge’s owner, Robert H. Shapiro, pleaded guilty to organizing a $ 1.3 billion real estate fraud scheme that stole money from thousands of investors – many of them retired – nationally.

Shapiro was later sentenced to 25 years in prison for his role in falsehood, which included letter and wire fraud and embezzlement of income taxes, according to Housing Wire. He and Woodbridge were ordered by the SEC to pay back $ 1 billion to operate the Ponzi scheme.

Grande, 26, began his career in show business on Broadway before turning to a role in the Nickelodeon series “Victorious.” As a singer, he has released five studio albums including last year “Thank U, Next.” She won a Grammy for the best pop vocal album in 2019 for “Sweetener.”
