Hisense laser TV also rolls up the screen – Computers

Hisense did not want to miss out on the roll-up screen technology and introduced a new laser TV model that supports this technology. The discovery was made in Beijing during the Global Forum on Laser Display Technology and Industry, where the brand demonstrated how its model is equipped with a screen that can be rolled up and stored in its own TV booth when not in use. In this way, the equipment is more integrated into the living room, with no screens or screens taking up space when the equipment is turned off.

To build this model, the manufacturer partnered with Harman Kardon to develop a sound system built into a wooden cabinet that Hisense built to house the TV.

The TV offers native 4K resolution with HDR support, 107% color gamut, BT.2020 color gamut compatible, and supports Dolby Vision technology. Its roll-up screen also offers 350 nits of brightness, promising good images even in bright environments.

During the presentation, Hisense emphasized that laser television technology has reached a stage of greater maturity, highlighting environmental protection as it emits less carbon. This enhances Hisense without neglecting superior image quality and less damage to users’ eyes.

And so he hopes to maintain his leadership in the sector, with a new technical upgrade plan for the company, he hopes to improve the product in 2024.
