Fuel is one of the biggest items in the budget. Prices are quite high, and last week they rose again. If usually the rise in prices occurs only on Mondays, then this week everything is different.

According to the information, although there is no rule specifying that the fuel rises on Monday, in Portugal there are usually large fluctuations at the beginning of the week. Not so this week, according to Porto Canal.

In just 24 hours, the price of regular diesel rose another 3.6 cents per liter to an average selling price of 1,892 euros per liter. Compared to Monday last week, diesel fuel has risen in price by a total of 14 cents per liter. Specialty diesel rose almost the same, up 14.1 cents a liter in nine days, after rising again 1.9 cents a liter from Monday to Tuesday.

According to the publication, regular gasoline 95 has risen in price by another 2.4 cents per liter from Monday to Tuesday, and gasoline 98 by another 2.5 cents per liter also in 24 hours. In total, compared with Monday last week, gasoline has risen in price by about 15 cents per liter.
