Greenvolt, a renewable energy company Altri, and Tresa Energía have reached an agreement that allows the company led by Manso Neto to subscribe to a capital increase, with Greenvolt holding a 29.23% stake in Spain’s Perfecta Energia with effective management participation.

Perfecta Energia, established in 2019 and headquartered in Madrid, operates in Spain and markets, installs and maintains solar PV systems for its own use in the home segment, in the B2C segment (company to consumer).

The photovoltaic power sector in the neighboring country is considered “one of the most promising in Europe, either because of the country’s natural conditions or the still low level of market development,” the companies said in a statement. “Therefore, Greenvault believes that a company like Perfecta Energía has great potential for medium-term growth, both in terms of turnover and in terms of generated profitability,” he explains. This operation is part of Greenvolt’s national and international expansion project, which represents “another step in the process of establishing society as a leading player internationally in the renewable energy market, contributing, in particular, in the context of its growth strategy. to expand its business, ”the company notes.

Earlier this month, at a capital market event, João Manso Neto said the next five years will be a period of growth for Greenvolt. At the same time, the company announced that it plans to invest up to 1.8 billion euros to finance its development plan until 2025.
