Recently, the existence of a non-XT AMD Radeon RX 6600 model has been confirmed by details on a custom model from the Gigabyte brand.

But the latest information shows that the graphics card has already been found in at least two Australian stores, where prices are quoted as 505 euros and 570 euros.

Gigabyte's Radeon RX 6600 is up for sale for € 570

This is not the first time that some equipment has been found in certain stores before the announcement and official launch. This time, it was the AMD Gigabyte Radeon RX 6600 EAGLE GPU that appeared on two tech store listings in Australia.

According to Details, in one of the stores the video card has a mark of 805.2 Australian dollars (AUD), which corresponds to 505 euros at a direct conversion at the current exchange rate. In another store, the equipment is priced at AU $ 910.8, roughly € 570.

This is a higher cost than AMD's stated for the $ 379 (~ € 320) Radeon RX 6600 XT model. However, this video card is already on sale in our country for about 500 euros.

The RX 6600 GPU is expected to launch in mid-October, but the number of blocks available should be less than the XT version.

According to what is known, this graphics card will be powered by a Navi 23 XL chip with 1,792 Stream processors, which is 256 cores and 14% less than the XT version. However, it retains 32MB of Infinity Cache.

On the other hand, it will retain the same memory configuration as its big sister, i.e. 8GB GDDR6 @ 16GHz. It also has a 128-bit memory interface, which provides 256GB / s of bandwidth.

Then we just have to wait for more detailed information to find out all the real characteristics of this video card, especially at what price it will actually appear on store shelves.
