As new vehicles are introduced to the market, especially in the electric sector, there is also an increase in the amount of vehicle news caused by brands due to any kind of problem.

According to the latest information, the German automotive regulator has asked Tesla to recall more than 59,000 vehicles worldwide. The reason is related to the detection of emergency problems in some models of Elon Musk’s company.

German regulator recalls more than 59,000 Tesla vehicles

According to the latest reports, German Federal Road Transport Authority (KBA) has asked Tesla to recall more than 59,000 Model Y and Model 3 vehicles. And since this German regulator can only order the same recall in its own country, it forwarded this request to Elon Musk's company.

According to disclosed information, this request is due to the fact that technical problems were found with the alarm system of these Tesla models. And authorities say it's a problem that's affecting the Model Y and Model 3 around the world. In particular, the car is expected to contact the emergency hotline in the event of a serious accident. However, Tesla owners will have to contact the manufacturer directly or go to an authorized workshop to update the software.

The warning was issued last Wednesday (June 29) and published this Saturday (July 2) by Radio Berlin-Brandenburg. All models affected by the recall are from 2022 and, according to the radio, include Model Ys made at the Gigafactory in Berlin.

But this isn't the first time Tesla has had problems this year. In April, the company was to collect 63 thousand cars and in March were called 947 cars in the US due to a delay in the output of the image on the rear camera. In the month of February, Teslaassembled in the USA 817,000 vehicles due to the audible seat belt warning and 54 thousand cars were called due to the full functionality of self-driving.
