The € 25,000 raised in this round “will also be spent on the purchase of audiovisual materials and ‘live streaming’ to broadcast live content on Canal Cultura,” and the funds “will also be used to hire three people. who are leaving the Alto Alentejo region for the Cowork BC8 space in Elvas, another project created under the auspices of Letrasímpares, ”underlines GoParity.

According to the promoter’s “business plan”, Canal Cultura intends to reach 10,000 subscribers in two years, which will generate an annual gross income of over one million euros (1.079 million euros), given that the monthly payment per subscriber is 8.99 euros (including VAT 23%).

GoParity adds that the company has already managed to raise more than € 187,000 through a European fund managed by the Ministry of Cohesion – Fund + Coeso.

“The funds raised through GoParity are intended to be used as an advance, as the amount of the + Coeso fund will be disbursed in tranches from 2021 to 2023,” he explains.
