The former home of Sean Connery – a dramatic beach villa on the French Riviera suitable for James Bond himself – is newly registered with 30 million euros, equivalent to around $ 33.9 million.

In the resting town of Nice, a striking real estate center is located in a 10,000 square foot mansion built in the Belle Époque style, a period of French history known for artistic and architectural achievements in the late 1800s and early 1900s before World War I .

Hours above one hectare, the land also has two guest villas, an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and a series of terraced gardens that descend towards the Mediterranean Sea.

Gates manages stone towers close to the main house, which covers six floors and houses eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a number of terraces to enjoy the beautiful view. The reception area covered with mosaic tiles leads to a grand entrance hall, and other points of interest include a formal dining room and a living room with ceiling-high windows.

For amenities, there is a wine cellar, fitness center, office, and hammam. An elevator and stone stairs navigate a floor plan of six floors, and at the top, a spiral staircase rises to a beautiful roof deck that is ideal for entertaining. A winding stone path crosses the lawn and garden below.

Fredrik Lilloe of Knight Frank holds the list.

Originally from Scotland, Connery was the first actor to play James Bond, starring in the first five Bond films in the 60s including “Dr. No, “” Goldfinger “and” You Only Live Twice. “Over the years, the 89-year-old has also appeared on” Marnie, “” The Hunt for Red October “and” The Untouchables, “where he won an Oscar.
