First images of the program uniting the Tony Carreira family on SIC

DAniel Oliveira used his social media this Thursday the 14th to show the first images of a program that will unite the Carreira family. Sementes do Futuro is the name of a project that reveals young people selected for the first scholarships awarded by Associação Sara Carreira.

“The hugs of Fernanda, Tony, Michael and David with the first Sarah Carreira Association Fellows are especially touching,” begins with a caption reading of the images in which the entire family plays a prominent role.

“Honoring our daughter and sister by forever improving the lives of 21 promising young people is symbolism and love that goes beyond words,” says SIC’s chief entertainment officer and program director.

The Sarah Carreira Association was created after the death of Tony Carreira’s youngest daughter and his ex-wife Fernanda Antunes. Sarah died in December 2020 in a tragic car accident. Her talent and kindness that characterized her are now remembered by her parents and two brothers, Michael and David, with the creation of this project of solidarity.

News of this new SIC program emerged just days after Tony Carreira announced that he had signed an exclusive contract with TVI.
