Bandai Namco and FromSoftware announced a new action game Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon at The Game Awards 2022. It will launch in 2023 for PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One and PC (Steam).
The title brings back the Armored Core franchise, now resurrected and reimagined as an action game after a long 10 year period since its last release.

Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon offers an experience that builds on FromSoftware’s experience in mechanical games, refined over 25 years on the franchise, but now adding action elements seen in the developer’s most recent titles. The new Armored Core will combine these elements to deliver the thrilling action that only giant mechs can deliver. The game promises to be something unique among mech action games.
In Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, players will be able to move freely in vast 3D environments with great agility while facing intense vehicle fights. True to FromSoftware’s signature game design, the game will offer challenging and memorable battles, as well as a rewarding progression system and deep gameplay now fueled by robots and giant boss battles. Players will feel the same sense of accomplishment and accomplishment as they overcome difficult situations and enjoy victory before the next challenge.
