FEUC in celebration of 20th Anniversary of the Portuguese Health Systems Observatory Spring Reports – Coimbra News

The Organizing Committee for the 20th Anniversary of the ‘Spring Records’ of the Portuguese Observatory of Health Systems (OPSS) is promoting on 23 June 2021, from 10:00 to 13:00, at Fundação Oriente, an initiative to mark the date and trajectory of periodic policy analysis health care in Portugal.

The OPSS is composed of a network of researchers and academic institutions dedicated to the study of health systems, and annually produces a consolidated document on the evolution of the Portuguese health system – the Spring Report, which aims to provide all those who can influence health in Portugal with an accurate, periodic and independent analysis of evolution. the Portuguese health care system and the factors that determine it.

The Commemorative Initiative consists of several panels (examining the pandemic, the opportunities offered by the Recovery and Resilience Plan, reflecting on the future) inspired by experts including Pedro López Ferreira, Professor of the Faculty of Economics (FEUC) and Director of the University’s Center for Health Research and Research Coimbra (CEISUC / FEUC), one of the organizations involved in the preparation of these spring reports.
