A Sporting fan was detained this Thursday during a football match against Villarreal at the Algarve stadium for “failing to take the precautionary measure to ban the use of pyrotechnics” at another gathering, a police source told Luz.
According to the same source, the aforementioned fan was “discovered by PSP spotters”.
