Election Court Declares Inadmissible Governor for Tocantins; decision subject to appeal – Policy

The electoral court denied Governor Tocantins the right to eight years. Mauro Carless (PSL). Judge Nilson Afonso da Silva from the 2nd Electoral Zone of Tocantins indicates that Carless would have used an abuse of political power by transferring civil servants in favor of Josi Nunes.
