D’ZRT are back and make unpublished revelations … featuring Angelico and Miley Cyrus – Nacional

D’ZRT are back … or at least a version of the original band. And they promise to walk, remembering the past that united the group, and, who knows, maybe even returning to concerts.

“We never had an end,” Edmundo Vieira told Untold Stories do Rock in Rio. “We were forced” ended with “Paulo Vintem,” referring to Angelico’s tragic death on June 28, 2011.

This and other revelations can be seen in “Untold Stories” no YouTube and will take on a new shape on December 24, when by the hand of Ana Rita Clara, Paulo Vintem, Edmundo Vieira and Cifrau open their hearts again: “O Reencontro – with D’ZRT”. A conversation in which the three band members share with the public some of the iconic moments they have experienced over the past six years.

The conversation begins with “Morangos com Açúcar”, where it all began, including adventures on the road, adventures – such as the beginning of the relationship between Tsifrao and Noah Wong – unpublished images of concerts, namely arriving three hours late due to a show in Barcelos – meeting with the fans … and of course, all three will remember Angelico Vieira.

Edmundo, Zifrao and Vintem will share how difficult it was to continue after the loss of a friend, how they now deal with pain and grief. But they also promise to remember the happy moments the four went through.

In addition, it was Angelico Vieira’s premature death that led to the split of the group, which now promises to return … one way or another. “We need time, and now we are going back …” – Vintem explained, not saying whether it will only be in these special offers if there are plans for the future.

In the meantime, there are memories of the past … for example, the moment when they first performed at Rock in Rio in 2006. “We knew that the concert would be broadcast by SIC Radical. And we were scared because we were from TVI. We were afraid that they would do it. This is how we did it right, ”said Sifrau, who also remembers that it was very difficult to record“ Morangos com Açúcar ”and play live with D’ZRT. “TVI made it clear: first there were Morango, then concerts. And it was so. We even had to record 12 hours and then drive another three or four hours by car to the concert. Of course, we were always late. “, – recalls Cifrão, – that recalls the moment when at the concert they even showed” Shrek’s film “in anticipation of the group.

The singer, however, still revealed an unprecedented moment that few people knew about. In 2010, they performed on the Mundo stage for the second time, and were invited to “take a photo with Miley Cyrus,” says Sifrao, who says the American singer “was stunned by Angelico,” he said between laughs. “She even slept here,” he said, laughing when Paulo Vintem said he was not going to “say anything more.”
