Seven years and five relics later, longtime NFL midfielder Drew Blesdoe finally sold his home in Oregon. The beautiful garden in the city of Bend only sold for $ 5.6 million, a significant reduction from the $ 9.95 million he originally sought.
Bledsoe – a native of Washington who won the Super Bowl with the Patriots in 2002 – took the land for $ 750,000 in 2004 and built a special complex four years later.
This property covers more than 10 hectares in a gated community and is centered in a large stone house of almost 15,000 square feet. That’s not the only lottery; there is also a swimming pool, two spas, a grass sports field, a green field, a four-car garage installed and a three-car garage separate.

A garden-like courtyard approaches the house, which features a spacious living room under dramatic wooden beams. Large rooms up to the window-lined lounge with views of the Cascades, and other highlights include a rotunda-style breakfast corner and the main dining room.
Seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and high-class facilities such as the stone wine cellar, cinema and indoor basketball court complete the interior. Outside, a series of terraces, lounges and dining rooms fill the entertainer’s backyard.
Bledsoe spent 14 years in the NFL, reaching two Super Bowls and four Pro Bowls: three with the Patriots and one with the Bills. The Patriots changed their franchise with him at the helm, and the team chose him to become the Hall of Fame in 2011.
Justin Lavik and Betsey Little from Cascade Sotheby International Realty hold the list.
