For the sake of Lovato can not make a big profit at his home in Hollywood Hills. After spending $ 8.3 million on three slim floors in 2016, the singer-actress only sold it for $ 8.25 million, according to records.

The sale was a multi-year effort from Lovato, who first asked for $ 9.495 million for property in 2018 before cutting prices to $ 8,995 million last year.

Perched above the Chateau Marmont and Sunset Boulevard, this one-acre area with a gated gate displays beautiful views of the city and ocean from the background of the hill. The black-and-white exterior gives way to more of the same part, because the bold accent breaks up a bright living room with white walls and hardwood floors.

Common spaces fill the main floor, including a double-level living room and a chef’s kitchen with glass wall pockets. The second story houses the master suite complete with a sitting room and bathtub; it’s one of four bedrooms and seven bathrooms at 5,564 square feet.

At the top, the club level with a bar and media room opens to an impressive rooftop terrace overlooking Los Angeles. Below, a backyard with infinity swimming pool and slick spa down to the gazebo on the edge of the landscape.

Lovato, 27, began his career as an actress, starring in Disney Channel films “Camp Rock” and “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.” He has recorded six studio albums to date with hits such as “This Is Me,” “Skyscraper” and “Sorry Not Sorry.” His latest record, “Tell Me You Love Me,” was released in 2017.

James Harris and David Parnes from the Agency hold the list. Christian Name of Hilton & Hyland represents the buyer.
