Chrysler is only going to produce electric cars in 2028

Chrysler is currently part of the Stellantis group, along with Jeep, Fiat, Peugeot and others. And a car brand from Michigan, USA took advantage of CES 2022 to to announce which will only produce electric vehicles until 2028, thereby refreshing its momentum just like other brands.

To this end, the company is already taking the first steps with its Chrysler Airflow concept. The brand unveiled the concept at CES 2022, which is characterized as a luxury SUV that is modern and versatile, which promises to carry the Chrysler quality seal, but without the engines.

Chrysler says one of the car's highlights is the STLA Brain platform, which allowed the design team to create an immersive experience for users with the STLA SmartCockpit.

The Chrysler Airflow concept represents the future of the Chrysler brand. By looking at dynamic design, cutting-edge technology and seamless connectivity, we characterize the all-electric portfolio we plan to implement in 2028.

In addition, it manages to provide a personalized space for each user, which has four intuitive screens full of resources such as multimedia applications, news and games, and provides the driver with feedback on how the trip is going and how the vehicle is. ...

As you can see from the images, luxury and attention to detail remains one of the characteristics of the North American company. The details convey comfort, luxury and well-being, even inspiring the urge to make long journeys with this Chrysler Airflow concept.

At the event, the brand announced that the car's electric power would be equivalent to roughly 200 hp. with front and rear wheel drive. As for autonomy, this Chrysler will be able to travel 650 km on just one charge.

At the moment, this car is just a concept, but the company intends to launch it as soon as it starts working on electric vehicles. It is assumed that the first car of the brand without an engine may appear by 2025.
