12:47 p.m. PT – TMZ received court documents in which Cassie claims Colton stalked and harassed her with disturbing text messages. She claims Colton also went so far as to install a tracking device glued to the bottom of her car’s rear bumper to track her whereabouts.
And here’s this … Cassie claims that Colton came to her Los Angeles apartment and his parents’ house in Huntington Beach without invitation. She claims that he takes compulsive walks to her apartment complex and loiters in an alley outside her bedroom window at her parents’ house in Huntington Beach at 2 a.m.
Cassie, who says they split in mid-April, goes on to claim that some of the abusive text messages included accusing her of hanging out with her old ex-boyfriend. She claims that Colton also sent her and himself anonymous text messages, pretending to be the victim of an anonymous stalker. Cassie claims Colton later confessed to sending messages and installing a tracking device.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Cassie filed Friday in Los Angeles. It is currently unclear what her charges against him are and whether the judge signed the order.
Colton picked Cassie at the end of the 2019 Bachelor season … but they never got engaged. The couple announced their breakup in May this year, and it was rumored that the breakup was bad … but it was unclear exactly what happened.
Colton also had health problems shortly before the split … positive result on COVID-19.
