Carole Baskin declared victory over his arch enemy Joe Exotic after a court ruling that would soon enable him to take over the Oklahoma zoo, an eccentric big cat lover.

A federal judge gives Baskin the Big Cat Rescue control to G.W. Exotic Animal Memorial Park in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, after determining the property was transferred fraudulently years ago to Joe Exotic’s mother, Shirley Schreibvogel, to avoid paying her a $ 1 million trademark valuation beforehand.

Joe Exotic – whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage – rose to fame earlier this year as the Netflix documentation center hit “Tiger King.” He was convicted last year for trying to kill Baskin by employing a hitman and is currently serving a 22-year sentence.

According to Courthouse News, Schreibvogel admitted in 2015 that “the zoo was transferred fraudulently to him by Joe Maldonado in 2011 to avoid his creditors.”

The park is currently under the control of Jeff Lowe, who has 120 days to vacate the place and move all animals on the property, outlets reported.

It was recently closed due to a coronavirus pandemic, but was reopened last month for large crowds flocking to the site after “King of the Tiger” became a quarantine sensation.

Soon after, the founder of PETA considered, vowing to close the park forever after reopening.
