Brad Pitt’s three sons wanted to testify against the actor in court

BUTNzelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are still involved in a legal battle for custody of their six children together. At the same time, Us Weekly magazine got access to additional information on this issue.

Lawyers for the 46-year-old actress filed a document in December 2020 alleging that three of her children wanted to testify against Pitt.

“The children, whose custody is on the table, are already big enough to understand what is happening,” the document says.

“The trial will affect them emotionally. Three children asked to testify, ”he continues, noting, however, that forcing them to do so was unjustified and could even be“ cruel ”.

The magazine also notes that after the latest decision in favor of Brad Pitt, the actress’s lawyers changed their strategy and demanded that Judge John Oderkik be removed from the case, citing an alleged conflict of interest.

Remember that Angelina and Brad are the parents of 19-year-old Maddox, 17-year-old Pax, 16-year-old Zakhara, 15-year-old Shiloh, and 12-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
