Blue Origin: Officials Say They Will Not Fly New Rocket

Those in charge of agencies and space companies ensure, when they have the opportunity, the safety of their equipment as well as the safety of their travels. However, a new article written by current and former Blue Origin employees runs counter to this security.

In addition to other questions, the article questions Jeff Bezos’s commitment to security.



Recently a group of current and former Blue Origin employees wrote an article where he questions the Jeff Bezos space company’s commitment to safety. In fact, the authors state that they did not feel safe enough to fly the company's missile when faced with such an opportunity.

Many of us have dreamed throughout our careers to help launch a manned rocket into space and return it safely to Earth. But when Jeff Bezos flew into space in July this year, we did not share his euphoria. Instead, many of us watch with an overwhelming sense of unease. Some of us couldn't watch it at all.

Blue Origin employees wrote about it.

The authors do not list the security issues of New Shepard in this article. Blue origin... In turn, they describe a work environment characterized by overworked teams that, despite the increased workload, do not receive pay increases or increases in staff.

This environment, combined with the lack of regulations governing safety in an emerging industry such as commercial flights, has forced workers to prioritize speed over safety, Blue Origina employees said. Therefore, the likelihood that something will go wrong during the flight, in their opinion, is high.

Blue Origin is lucky that nothing has happened yet. Many authors of this article say that they would not fly in a Blue Origin car. And no wonder - we've all seen how often teams go beyond reasonable limits.
