Bloomberg Analyst Says He Revealed The Identity Of Bitcoin Creator

The true identity of Satoshi Nakamoto remains a big mystery to the whole world. While there are several theories as to who might be the creator of Bitcoin, some are confident, as in the case of analyst Bloomberg. Eric Balchunas, who claims to have discovered Nakamoto’s personality.

The announcement of his “discovery” was made through his Twitter account, where he said that based on what he reads, he believes he has a strong opinion of the true identity of Bitcoin’s creator.

“I’m a little out of my league, but from everything I’ve seen and read, Hal = Satoshi.”

A Bloomberg analyst believes that Satoshi Nakamoto is Hal Finney, one of the most important names in bitcoin history and one of the great minds behind the development of the crypto market as we know it today.

Balchunas’ opinion was challenged by another publication, in which Finney described the NFT concept back in 1993, almost 20 years before Bitcoin was created and “open” to the public.

It was not clear from the tweet, the only thing that led the analyst to believe Hal was Satoshi was the description of the NFT back in 1993 or other documents and opportunities, which is more likely in this case.

Interestingly, this is not a controversial or non-standard opinion, many people also believe that Finney may be Satoshi, or at least part of a group that calls itself Satoshi.

Finney was the first to launch a Bitcoin node and was the first to receive a transaction from Nakamoto, he was practically responsible for “announce it to the world”, leaving an immeasurable legacy for the entire crypto market and especially for the global financial market.

Sadly, Finney died in 2014 and he is very important to bitcoiners, cryptographers and ransomware around the world who have made a brilliant career in these circles. they are even honored by big names in the tech sector.

However, despite the many different evidence presented, it is still impossible to say with certainty who Satoshi Nakamoto is.

And this is part of the magic of Bitcoin, after all, the cryptocurrency has gone far beyond its creator, and several developers have improved the code and hardened the blockchain in ways that Satoshi might not have been able to do. This also includes Finney’s involvement with the ecosystem.

At the end of the day, the message is that anyone can be Satoshi, and Bitcoin belongs to everyone. As it is repeated in forums and communities: “Everyone except Craig Wright is Satoshi Nakamoto.”
