Actor Kunal Nayyar hopes to end his time in Hollywood Hills loudly. The “Big Bang Theory” star has just put his entertainment complex on the market for $ 3.995 million, or $ 1.145 million more than he paid in 2012.

Nayyar and his wife, model and fashion designer Neha Kapur, made a big increase last year, dropping $ 7.5 million at the Hancock Park Tudor once owned by Nicolas Cage.

The Hollywood Hills Spot covers half a hectare, utilizing most of the space with a Mediterranean-style villa and a pair of guesthouses. Lush landscaping surrounds the salmon-colored exterior, which opens up a bright 4,100-square-foot living room with white walls and hardwood floors and tiles.

Formal entries give way to the living room with a special built-in and wet bar, and other highlights include the chef’s kitchen and ceiling lighting with picture windows that feature views of the garden. Three bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms complete the main house. Each guesthouse adds one each.

The yard and terrace fill a secluded area, leading to a romantic swimming pool located between the grill and a closed fire pit. Pool house with kitchen, living room and marble bathroom complete this property.

Nayyar was one of the highest paid television actors in the world for 12 seasons as astrophysicist Raj Koothrappali in “The Big Bang Theory.” The 39-year-old also lent his voice to the “Fantasy Hospital” and the animated film “Troll” and “Trolls World Tour.”

Markus Canter and Cristie St. James of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties holds the listing.

“Big Bang” Nayyar’s friends have made many real estate movements over the years too. Co-star Simon Helberg placed L.A. Craftsman went on the market in 2011, and a few years later, Johnny Galecki bought Jason Statham’s house and registered his 1960 Hollywood Hills bungalow soon after.

Recently, Jim Parsons downgraded his Spanish Colonial-style house in Los Feliz at a price of $ 6.95 million in 2019. Kaley Cuoco lost at Tarzana earlier this year, selling $ 3.95 million in the Mediterranean-style house he bought six years earlier from Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian for $ 5,499 million.
