SAD Benfica will present a new bond issue, which will be presented next Monday, with an initial value of 35 million euros, but the total supply of which may increase depending on the demand, which will be tested.
The three-year bond loan, as usual, with maturity in June 2024, will be paid at an interest rate of four percent and coincides with the repayment of another bond loan, this time in the amount of 45 million euros, which expires exactly in July 2021.
In this regard, Domingos Soares Oliveira said in an interview with TVI24 that this bond issue “has already been partially repaid”. “It was a loan for 45 million, about 25.2 million have already been repaid, 19.8 million have not yet been repaid, which we will do from our own funds.”
Thus, the new bond issue of 35 million will serve to pay off the current obligations of the embodied SAD.
