This agreement, by agreement of both parties, is suspended until December 31, 2021, and the deal will be resumed if José Antonio dos Santos raises the number of shares required to complete the agreed deal.
Another deal is pending: the transfer of 3.73 percent of the share capital of SAD do Benfica from José da Conceição Guilherme to José António dos Santos, subject to the completion of the deal between Rei dos Frangos and John Texter.
