Clearly Microsoft is betting on the new Windows 11. The software giant has developed this new system quickly and reliably, providing users with better features and better tools.

Also, there is an update of all applications that this system offers, and not just a line of interface changes. It is in this spirit of renewal and accessibility that the surprise now comes in. There is a new media player that you will definitely love.

Windows 11 app updates are progressing rapidly. Almost weekly, Microsoft releases new versions of some of the offerings most used by users, updating the interface and adding new features.

There is still room for new offerings in this update to bring back the classic that users have been asking for. This is what happened now with the new Media Payer, which Microsoft announced for Windows 11.

It has the task of replacing the really heavy Windows, the famous Windows Media Player. The latter could still be used in the new system, but the idea would be to end its presence. At the same time, Microsoft wants to offer an alternative to the Groove Music app.

The software giant ensures that all of this service's listings will be ported and can be used directly in Windows 11. This new media player will also be able to read local content and even tell you where to look for video, music, and more content.

The interface of this offering is also in line with what Microsoft brought to Windows 11. It is minimalistic, user-oriented, and at the same time very simple. Even a mini-player has been created, so the user has a quick way to control the music playing in Windows.

For now, the new Media Player is still only available to those registered with the Insiders program to test it out. Later, without a date set by Microsoft, it will be open to everyone and this will be the media player that Windows 11 will be based on.
