Vodafone is the first operator to offer this kind of interaction, which has become a global trend thanks to personal assistants. With this hands-free voice command, an innovative, easy-to-use and much more intuitive user interface is possible, making it easy to interact with both the Vodafone TV and TV Box, without having to constantly use a traditional remote control.

Vodafone's new hands-free voice command works by pairing with TV Box and Smart TV from major brands and is designed to hear the user up to six meters away. The user simply has to say "Hi Toby" and then take the action they want to take, such as "I want to see the correct price." It has been honored with the 2021 Reddot Design Award due to its design, consisting of replaceable and recyclable materials that contribute to the sustainability of the product.
