The report says Alexander Subbotin, a multimillionaire who was once one of the top executives of the energy giant Lukoil, has been found dead after alleged hangover treatment. Moscow Times. Treatment will involve cutting the skin and exposing the wound to frog venom, a powerful toxin-rich hallucinogen with psychedelic properties.
Alexander Subbotin, who was now the CEO of a distribution company (New Transport Company), reportedly suffered a heart attack shortly after the intervention, but was not helped by the medical team. Instead, the shamans will administer a tranquilizer based on valerian, an herb with a calming effect. According to Russian authorities, he was found dead the next morning.

The energy company Lukoil, where Alexander Subbotin once worked, must be close to the Kremlin.
