Our Supreme Court is a criminal court, a political court. They are political agents dressed in robes, interfering with the executive and legislative branches and the system of checks and balances that balance any democracy, ”he said. “We may disagree with Roberto Jefferson as we also disagree with how Daniel Silveira posted these videos, but we must always defend principles, not people. In this case, the principle is the protection of the Constitution and the judicial process. If it happens to them, it can happen to any of us, ”he added.
