Adam Lambert could not make much profit in Hollywood Hills. “American Idol” alumni recently sold modern digs for $ 2.92 million, or $ 75,000 below what he paid six years ago.

The sale arrived about two years after glam rockers paid $ 6.5 million for a bigger place in Hollywood Hills West, The Times previously reported.

Very stylish, this contemporary house is located on the Sunset Strip and enjoys views of the city from the balcony. Below, a resort-style backyard has a large enclosed lounge opposite the spa and a pair of reflected pools.

Shades of gray cover the outside and continue to enter, including the rotunda stairs that navigate the floor plan of the second floor. Spread around 3,000 square feet there are three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an indoor-outdoor living room, a round breakfast corner, a chef’s kitchen and a dining room with a wine cabinet.

Upstairs, the master bedroom with fireplace extends to a marble spa bathroom and private terrace. The guest suite, which is currently used as a music room, is equipped with a separate entrance for flexibility.

Lambert gained fame as runner-up at the “American Idol” music competition event in 2009 and has released four studio albums, including 2020 Velvet. The 38-year-old player also continues to busy touring with the rock band Queen as part of the Queen + Adam Lambert ensemble.

He first asked for $ 3.995 million for homes in 2017 before finally cutting prices to $ 3.35 million, records show.

Emil Hartoonian and Nicholas Siegfried from the Agency hold the list. Jonathan Sharaf from Compass represents the buyer.
