Actor Jackson Hurst of “Drop Dead Diva” and “Sharp Objects” has just finished a successful sale in Valley Village, spilling his renovated house for $ 1.86 million.
That’s $ 475,000 more than what he paid back in 2016 and $ 61,000 more than he registered in February. According to the Multiple Listing Service, he found a buyer within 10 days.
Hurst made several changes during his stay, adding a wooden garage door and touching the living room with new paint, farmhouse lighting and wide oak European floorboards. With an area of 3,304 square feet, there are five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

A two-story porch leads to a living room under a vaulted ceiling and column-lined dining room, and a central island kitchen with backsplash tiles. The office adds a mirror wall.
French doors and sliding farmhouse doors lined the main room on the upper floor, which stretched onto a private balcony overlooking the front. In the back, there is a neat terrace with a special grill, a covered terrace, and a spa that is treated to a waterfall.
An actor since 2006, Hurst starred in “Drop Dead Diva” from 2009 to 2014. His latest credits include “Castle,” “Grey’s Anatomy” and “NCIS: Los Angeles” in addition to his role as Kirk Lacey in “Sharp Objects”. “
Michael Okun from Wish Sotheby International Realty holds the listing. Gary Rapoport from GBR Properties represented the buyer.
