A vaccinated person dies after being infected by a person who has given up the drug.

UAn 84-year-old man vaccinated against Covid-19 died in Florida after allegedly contracting the infection by a man who chose not to receive the drug at the facility where he lived. His obituary was a call for everyone to get vaccinated.

Clark Allen has already defeated chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and survived several car accidents, which is why his seven children were often told that he was “immortal.”

A history of lung disease meant that when Covid-19 emerged in the United States, Allen took the utmost care. He was vaccinated back in January, and even after the second dose, in February, he kept all measurements. He left the social institution in which he lived, only to go to the supermarket, take a walk or sit by the sea.

“He was scared even after being vaccinated,” one of the daughters told The Washington Post.

Early in the morning of July 8, the family was informed that the father was in hospital with a positive Covid-19 diagnosis. The attending physician even considered that when vaccinated, this is “one case in a million.”

Allen was discharged four days later, but less than 12 hours later he returned to the hospital with respiratory problems. He said goodbye to his family via video link on July 17 with an oxygen mask and died on the 22nd in the intensive care unit.

He was one of the first vaccinated Americans to die of the disease.

When writing the obituary for their daughter’s father, Saniel and Nicole wanted to express their anger that the situation could have been avoided.

“He was infected by someone who refused to be vaccinated and his death could have been prevented,” they wrote. “Your family wants everyone to be vaccinated to prevent more death, disease and heartache.”

“When he got the vaccine, it was a great relief, but in fact he was among a lot of unvaccinated people,” said 33-year-old Danielle. “We’re all very angry.”

The children believe that if Allen had been in a different facility with a higher percentage of vaccinated staff, the result would have been different.

“Don’t work on it if you’re out of shape,” they wrote in an obituary.

In Florida, only about half of the population agreed to be vaccinated against Covid-19.
