A BOLA is the midfielder of Benfica in the pre-call for the World Cup (Germany)

Hans-Dieter Flick this Monday unveiled the 55 pre-selected German national teams for the final phase of the World Cup in Qatar. Of particular note on the list is Julian Weigl, the midfielder who is on loan from Benfica at Borussia Monchengladbach, having made eight appearances for the German side so far.

Another highlight of Flick’s choice is the young Youssouf Mukoko, a 17-year-old Borussia Dortmund striker who hasn’t even played for a German team under the age of 21.

Germany will play Japan, Spain and Costa Rica in Qatar in Group E.
