PTB President and former Deputy Roberto Jefferson issued a message this Wednesday (25) through his allies asking President Jair Bolsonaro (non-partisan) to play “outside the four lines”, that is, to violate the measures stipulated in the Constitution. The deputy is in prison on the 13th of this month by order of the Minister of the Supreme Federal Court, Alexander de Moraes.
Jefferson states in the text that Bolsonaro “does not pose a threat to the rupture of institutions,” but “the rupture itself.” The former deputy still calls himself a “political prisoner” in the signature under the note.
“Bolsonaro is a break. Those who advise moderation are mistaken. He cannot back down. It embodies the dream of the overwhelming majority of our population about an honest and dignified country, ”the message says.
The politician also writes that Bolsonaro has been entrusted with a “special mission” – “to deal with the chances of elite agents of the state to return to criminal acts and become victims.”
President Jair Bolsonaro threatened several times “to go beyond the four lines of the Constitution.” On the 4th of this month, the CEO announced that he may take unconstitutional measures in response to a request for fake news reported by Alexander de Moraes.
“[O inquérito] is in four lines of the Constitution? No. So there is no antidote to this either in the four lines of the Constitution. There is no more macho here than anyone else. […] My game is within four lines. Now, if something starts to flow outside of four lines, I am forced to exit out of four lines. This is what I don’t want. “
