Google has just removed one of the most useful augmented reality (AR) apps for Android from its Play Store. The Measure app can be used to measure common objects with the camera on mobile devices.
It was a free tool that has garnered good reviews from the official store, but it will be sent to Google’s graveyard for no apparent reason. However, there is an alternative to Measure, also offered by Google, but with one catch.

However, there is a ray of hope for those who continue to use its features on a smartphone without opening a browser for every use. According to some leaks, Google may be integrating its functionality into G Cam.
Its presence was discovered in one of the test versions of Google’s camera app for Pixel mobile devices. This app is in high demand to replace the pre-installed camera app from several other manufacturers.
